I recently picked up a bottle of sesame ginger nothing it was slightly different in colour than it has been every other time I've purchased it. I still got it as it's my families favourite, they put it on EVERYTHING. Both my husband and son noted it looked different. I read the bottle and it said now made with sunflower oil. I found it to be ok, but the boys didn't like, so unless it goes back to the original recipe we probably won't be purchasing again unfortunately.
I grew up with the olive oil/balsamic combo for every salad, which I still enjoy, but is why I've never been drawn to the 'creamier' dressings. This Sesame Ginger dressing, however, absolutely changed my life and perspective. It is quite literally the yummiest dressing/dip/marinade I've ever used, and I cannot go without it in my fridge now. I use it on almost every salad and bake chicken with it as well. Unbelievable product!! Being from the Island as well, I love that they are local. 1000/10!
I’m a huge fan of this brand, the Sesame Ginger is my most favourite, I use it on salads, Buddha bowls, drizzle it on salmon to add more depth of flavour. Even as a simple veggi dip. Looking forward to learning more about the Nutritional Yeast flakes.
This used to be a 5 star salad dress, but in comparing my last drops of the my last bottle with the taste of a new one there's a definite difference! Not sure if this is a bad batch or a permanent change to previously delicious salad dressing.
I was in love with the original recipe for the Sesame Ginger dressing but the last 2 bottles I purchased were darker in color and tasted much different...very bland & definitely not the same! So very disappointing.
