Yeshi Plant Based Gravy

Gravy is one of those tasty toppings that can be added to just about every dish to dress up the flavour. This simple plant-based gravy is not only an excellent substitute for your plant-based guests, it's also good for you because of the nutrient value of nutritional yeast!


2 cups of vegetable broth

3/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon gluten free soya sauce

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 cup gluten free flour


1. Whisk all ingredients to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.

2. Stir over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, until the gravy thickens.

3. Enjoy!
